• to do so would reveal confidential commercial information, and the personal information cannot be severed from the record;
• If disclosure could threaten another person’s safety, and the personal information cannot be severed from the record;
• If the information was generated in a formal dispute resolution process.
If we deny your request for access to, or refuse a request to correct information, we shall explain why. The Firm does not use your Social Insurance Number as a way of identifying or organizing the information we hold about you.
11. Correction of Information
Our firm is committed to maintaining accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. If your information is inaccurate or incomplete, please contact us to make the necessary updates. We will make reasonable efforts to correct it.
12. Anonymity and Identification Requirements
Where lawful and practical, we will allow anonymous access (e.g., accessing general information on our website). However, we are required by law (including under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act) to confirm the identity of all new clients and report certain transactions to FINTRAC.
13. Website Privacy
Our website contains links to other sites, which are not governed by this Privacy Policy. On our website, like most other commercial websites, we may monitor traffic patterns, site usage, and related site information in order to optimize our web service. We may provide aggregated information to third parties, but these statistics do not include any identifiable personal information.

Please be aware that email is not a fully secure medium. If you prefer another method of communication for sensitive information, let us know.
15. Employment Inquiries
