
Irina Maimust
Founding PartnerIrina is the founder and principal lawyer at Esteril Law, a firm specializing in business and immigration law. She assists both corporations and individuals with corporate-commercial and immigration-related matters.
In her corporate immigration practice, Irina helps businesses with LMIA applications, intra-company transfers, and other pathways to bring international talent to Canada. She also works with start-up business owners to allow them to come to Canada to manage their businesses and subsequently secure permanent residence.
For individual clients, she assists with both temporary and permanent residency matters, aiding those abroad to come to Canada as visitors, obtain study permits, or secure work authorizations. She also advises individuals on permanent residency options, including economic immigration, family reunification, and humanitarian and compassionate pathways.
Irina assists entrepreneurs and business owners with setting up and managing their business organizations.
Irina is licensed to practice law in Ontario and Russia and is fluent in English and Russian languages.
Outside of her practice, Irina enjoys hiking in Ontario parks with her dog and practicing yoga.
